I work with women who often wear many hats; business owners, leaders, mothers, yet feel disconnected from their own bodies. They’re burnt out, bloated, sleep-deprived, and wondering how they got here despite doing everything right.
I’m Brenda, a qualified Health Coach, trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, and I work with women who are doing all the things, but feel like they're running on empty.
My approach isn’t about calorie counting or pushing harder, it's about tuning in. I offer personalised coaching to support women navigating hormonal shifts, fatigue, low mood, and overwhelm, helping them feel empowered, nourished, and strong again.
